AD Facilities Management was set up as the sister business to AD Outdoor Solutions, the Leeds exterior cleaning company. Its commercial customers, among them managing agents, retail sites and industrial landlords, were already handing over the outside of their buildings. The question that kept coming back was whether the same people could take on the cleaning inside, the bin stores, the grounds and the list of small repairs nobody had time for.
This business is the answer to that question. It is a separate company with its own scope: soft services and the upkeep of the building fabric, managed as one contract. Grounds maintenance and exterior cleaning are delivered with AD Outdoor Solutions, so that work is still done by people who do it every day.
We can record the due dates for that work on your maintenance schedule so there is one calendar for the building. The work itself stays with contractors qualified to do it.
The business trades under a new name. There is no founding date dressed up as heritage, no client logos, no trade badges and no reviews, because none would be honest yet. They will be added when they exist.
Leeds is the base.
