Town Street premises have narrow pavements and rear access lanes where bins must be managed carefully. Campus and school buildings see heavy use in term time. Many office sites in Horsforth have mature trees, so leaf fall on car parks, paths and drains is a seasonal task.
Stone-built premises need gutters, chimneys and pointing checked regularly. Converted mills on Low Lane have large timber windows and yard surfaces to maintain. We plan external decoration for the drier months and schedule internal works around occupiers. Education sites have larger jobs booked for the holidays.
