Tell us about the building and what is not working. We arrange a walk-round, look at cleaning, grounds, waste and the building fabric, and send back a written scope for the services you ticked.
We walk the inside of the building, the outside and the grounds with you. For each service you ticked we note what is there, what condition it is in, how it is being done at present and where the gaps are. Photographs are taken as we go.
A written scope for each service, a proposed schedule and the cost against each part. If something falls outside what we do, such as electrical work or statutory testing, the document says so.
Nothing. The scope is yours to keep and to compare with your current arrangements.
