The callback forms, the contact form, the site audit request and the FM health check collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the site postcode, the service you are asking about and any notes about the building. The coverage finder works in your browser and does not send the postcode you type to us.
To call you back, arrange a site visit, prepare a specification and, if a contract follows, to run it. The lawful basis is that you asked us to do those things, together with our legitimate interest in operating the business.
An enquiry that goes no further is deleted within twelve months. Records connected with a contract are kept for as long as the contract runs and for the period business and tax records must be held afterwards.
The website host and the email provider process enquiries on our behalf. Where grounds or exterior work is involved, the relevant details are shared with AD Outdoor Solutions, which carries out that work with us. Details are never sold or passed on for marketing. The map on the coverage page loads its tiles from OpenStreetMap, which sees your IP address when the map is displayed.
